I won't be insulting your car, but I will say that you may want to leave this one alone. There are a couple of cases proving what the manifolds alone will do to a stock turboed car. The shift is about 500 RPM sooner spool.

Granted, most people upgrade turbos when pulling the engine, so most data is manifolds + new bigger turbos. The basic laws of engine dynamics apply; it's an air pump, more air in, more air out = more flow, more power.
